Open Space Creative has over forty years experience in providing exhibition design and project management services in the delivery of exhibition trade and consumer shows and events for both the private and public sectors.

Stuart Hulley:
Stuart has twenty years experience in providing exhibition design and project management services in the delivery of exhibition trade and consumer shows and events for both the private and public sectors. Stuart has provided creative design and service input on many prestigious trade and consumer shows and events including the supporters village at the Wales Rugby Union World Cup, the entrance feature at Offshore Europe Aberdeen, the Jersey Tourism stand at the International World Travel Market, stand designs for Sega and the central feature of the London International Boat Show. Stuart has project managed a variety of events and tradeshows in Europe, Asia-Pacific, South Asia, Americas and the Middle East.
Philip Smith:

Philip has eighteen years experience in event management; project management and marketing; in both the public and private sectors where he has delivered a wide range of community, regional, national and international projects. He has been involved in the design and delivery of the Scottish Government pavilion at Lorient in 2007, where Scotland was the featured nation, and was also the Project Director of the St Andrews Day Celebrations for the Scottish Government in Edinburgh.
Sue Greenaway:
Sue has sixteen years experience in information management and research, including nine years in the tourism sector and six years in education. Sue’s expertise lies in the area of research and data management. She specialises in assessing information requirements, proposing and carrying out suitable collection methodologies or research and providing a detailed analyse of results in user friendly, flexible ways. Sue has extensive experience in providing show / event research and evaluation.
Charlotte Macey (Finance):
Since gaining FCCA qualification she has had a varied and extensive accountancy career including working for a small family accountancy practice and a large plc clothing retailer assisting in an MBO before finally joining KTS Owens Thomas in 1997. Charlotte undertakes financial control of OSC and it's operations.
We have provided creative design and service input on many prestigious trade and
consumer shows and events including:
- The supporters’ village at the Wales Rugby Union World Cup in Cardiff
- The entrance feature at Offshore Europe Aberdeen
- Show features and stands at SIBOS in Geneva, Boston and Vienna
- Jersey Tourism stand at the International World Travel Market
- Stand designs for Sega
- Central feature of the International London International Boat Show.
Festivals and events are also at the core of Open Space Creative’s work and we have run successful overseas projects such as the design and construction of the
Wales Pavilion at Le Festival Interceltique in Lorient for the National Assembly for Wales in 2002 and 2008, and the Scotland Pavilion for the Scottish Government in 2007.
In addition we have also developed and implemented the Euro week trade mission to Frankfurt and Brussels for the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation.
Open Space Creative have also worked on several European and Government grant funded projects the most recent for Visit Wales “Wales Watersports” initiative. Wales Watersports International Ltd (WWI) markets and promotes watersports and marine leisure tourism to the world, building the value of watersports and marine leisure tourism throughout Wales and throughout the year by creating and delivering innovative and quality marketing campaigns and activities. Our involvement in the project has included the design and project management of the initiative’s exhibition programme that includes London, Southampton and Dublin International Boat shows and developing a summer road show campaign.
